At Marloux, we take great pride in our premium handmade leather footwear, crafted to order with meticulous attention to detail. Each pair is a testament to our commitment to quality and craftsmanship. Please review our return and refund policy carefully:


Returns

We understand that unexpected situations can occur. However, returns or refunds are only accepted under the following circumstances:

  • If the product arrives damaged

  • If the incorrect item is delivered

We encourage you to carefully inspect your order upon receipt and report any issues promptly.


Sizing

To ensure a perfect fit, we strongly recommend verifying your shoe size before placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Size changes

  • A change of mind

If you require assistance with sizing, our customer support team is here to help prior to purchase.


Color Disclaimer

Please note that the color of our handmade footwear may vary slightly from the images shown on our website due to the natural variation in leather and the artisanal finishing process. Such variations are considered part of the product's uniqueness and do not qualify for a return or refund.


Damage Reporting

In the rare event that your shoes arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Email info@marloux.com within 48 hours of delivery, including detailed photos of the damage. This will allow us to resolve the issue quickly.


Return Period

If your return is approved due to damage or incorrect delivery, the return process must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. While we do not charge a restocking fee, please note that the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@marloux.com.
